I almost forgot this week's video. This one is inspired by my new bedtime: 9:30. I thought that would be a great thing, except that now my body wakes up in the 3 a.m. hour and won't go back to sleep until 5-10 minutes before the alarm goes off. At 5:30. This morning I just dealt with it and got up around 5:15. I was fine and wide awake until about 6, when my body decided it wanted more sleep. Maybe it would help if I had an awesome bed like one in the video.
