* you wake up groggy and it's hard to go to work.
* your head is so fuzzy you can't remember your last name.
* it takes two trips to the bathroom after you change into clean underwear to realize that you've put them on inside out and backwards.
That all happened to me after taking a PM version of Tylenol Cold on Thursday night to help me sleep.
