One of my former mission companions alerted me to the Help Baby Mia cause. This little girl is a month older than my own daughter and was born with a congenital heart defect. They needed money before to get her on a waiting list for a new heart. Thankfully, she recently received one and is now healing. The same mission companion is holding an auction and a run-a-thon to raise money to help the family pay for the huge medical expenses that will come. The auction goes until Saturday and there is a lot of great stuff. The auction is on Abbie's blog and the rules are at the top. It's a fantastic way to get some great stuff and help a family.
