Arrrr! Today be international Talk Like a Pirate Day. Here be hopin' ye enjoy it.I have no idea why it has its own day. It does remind me of my favorite welcome sign ever for a women's dorm. This year at BYU they must have had a pirate theme to welcome the girls in the dorm to school. The windows of the building were filled with four foot tall letters saying, "Welcome aboard, ya scurvy cur!" So, if a cur is a dog and the message was given to girls, what are they really calling them?
